Conceived as a creative and dynamic residential experience, Ailée Residences and Yali Apartments, interprets the site’s maritime legacy through a contemporary lens. The design language is shaped by cultural depth, architectural clarity, and a strong connection to art, resulting in light-filled spaces guided by a distinctly curatorial approach. The residnetial development is set to be completed in 2027, contributing to Tersane Istanbul’s vision as a new cultural and lifestyle destination where heritage, design, and contemporary urban life intersect.
