Having been instrumental in the setting up of 1508 London in 2010 and as Chief Executive Officer, Stuart brings more than 35 years of industry leadership and executive management experience. Since joining, Stuart has managed corporate direction and strategy, and is responsible for sharing the company’s operational strategy and vision. Previously, Stuart has held senior positions in UK and New Zealand governments, was Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley and was Chief Commercial Officer at BT Wholesale & Ventures, with revenue exceeding £11 billion, and ultimately serving as Managing Director, leading BT Group to become Europe’s largest telecoms service provider.
Having been involved since 1508 London’s inception, Hamish has been pivotal to the growth of the company and has championed the studio’s expansion from private residential into multi-unit developments and hospitality, helping 1508 London become one the world’s most revered architecture and interior design studios. As an Interior Architect, Hamish’s ability to understand every facet of the design process ensures he is perfectly positioned to help support clients throughout their journey at 1508 London. His profound commitment to clients’ experiences has installed a dedication to the creation of timeless, elegant spaces of the highest quality, all of which are informed by a unique narrative, grounded in functionality with no one set style. Prior to 1508 London, Hamish held senior positions at established property development companies including Stonemartin before founding his own studio Hamish Benjamin specialising in prime central London residential development.
Laura, a Chartered Architect, is 1508 London’s Studio Director and is responsible for managing the teams of designers, architects and visualisers to ensure the smooth functioning of the creative studio. Prior to joining, Laura was Head of Projects at Carlisle Design Studio, where she was accountable for delivery of their portfolio of 18 residential projects across 5 different countries with a combined construction value in excess of £250m+. Her past projects have included high profile residential properties such as One Hyde Park, One Tower Bridge and Southbank Place, alongside a wide range of private developments such as a 30,000sqft Grade II private members club in Mayfair, London; a 50,000ft2 luxury Grade II residence in Regent’s Park, London, as well as numerous highend residential developments in both Russia and China. As a result of her past projects, Laura has developed a strong understanding of every RIBA Project Stage.
With almost 20 years experience working in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East, James is an accomplished senior architectural technologist and project manager. James’ exceptional technical ability and a passion for great design have ensured the delivery of a broad range of projects. His experience delivering multi-unit and luxury residential, hotels and commercial developments have given him invaluable insight and knowledge which he brings to the studio. James is practised at overseeing a large team, communicating with clients, the design team and main contractors, as well as navigating the finer points of contracts and statutory regulations in the execution of a project. James’ role has evolved with the company, starting as a Technical Designer and culminating in becoming Commercial Director. He heads up the commercial team and is responsible for all contracting operations in projects’ from inception through to completion.
Joining 1508 London to initially manage Operations, Lizzie established 1508 Procurement Ltd in 2016. Lizzie has spent the majority of her career managing logistics and facilities ventures for multinational companies. Lizzie’s experience in successfully delivering multifaceted projects is testament to her results-orientated attitude. Understanding that strategic delivery will inevitably inspire change, Lizzie works tirelessly to ensure project works allow for flexibility whilst ensuring deadlines are met. These skills compliment Lizzie’s management of an annual multi million-pound FF&E spend across projects in residential, hospitality and development markets worldwide.
Over the past three years, Lizzie has fine-tuned a carefully selected global supply chain that delivers the highest quality, accesses the finest brands and delivers the kind of flexibility our valued clients demand, irrespective of their sector or location. Lizzie ensures each bespoke collaboration guarantees quality without design ever being compromised.
William has built a wealth of experience across property development having held senior roles at a real estate investment company and leading residential developer Landmass where he acted as Development Manager on projects throughout prime central London. William has an accomplished understanding of both London residential and international markets and is responsible for managing relations with investors and clients. The attention to detail and energy that William brings to each client engagement ensures projects’ objectives are met and relationships are maintained with the utmost professionalism.
Following 10 years of experience working in the UK, Europe and throughout the Middle East, Joe is responsible for our newly opened international office in Dubai. With historic project work ranging from high-end residential to large commercial and hospitality projects, his understanding of client requirements in the region is invaluable. The company’s ambition to grow our portfolio throughout the Middle-East will be spearheaded by Joe who will take on the stable of current projects throughout the Gulf including United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. He will also be responsible for the establishment of our new design studio and the development of business relationships throughout the region.
Over the last 20 years, Maria has been at the forefront of high-end design. As Design Director of Candy & Candy and Associate Director at award-winning British practice Foster + Partners, she has been integral in the growth of two of the most innovative and integrated design firms in the world.
In recent years, having designed Bloomberg’s 2018 Stirling prize-winning headquarters, Knightsbridge’s One Hyde Park and involved in all four first phases of Chelsea Barracks, Maria’s prolific experience can be found throughout prime central London.
From beautiful St. Kitts in the Caribbean, Maria’s creative ambition celebrates her worldly knowledge of design with an unparalleled attention to detail throughout the design process from inception through to completion.
Leo’s passion for design is honed by a deep knowledge and understanding of luxury craftsmanship gained through the early years of his career working for luxury fashion houses Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent and Ralph Lauren.
Having graduated from the prestigious Chelsea College of Art and Design and London College of Communication in Interior Architecture & Spatial Design, Leo has drawns upon his extensive experience through the development of conceptual, architectural, furniture and lighting designs in projects worldwide.
Over the last ten years, his visionary talent has seen him lead interior design studios including Linley, Carlisle Design Studio and Helen Green with notable projects including; a 60 metre Benetti superyacht, private residences in Knightsbridge’s One Hyde Park and the penthouses at Battersea Power Station.
A qualified Architect with over 10 years experience designing throughout prime central London and internationally with notable projects including The Lanesborough and Hotel Costes. Akram has an excellent natural eye for design and expertise in high-end hospitality and residential design and delivery.
Overseeing and managing design teams through major projects ranging from contemporary internal refurbishment and extensions of luxury properties to major façade retention projects and new build luxury hotels.
The combination of Akram’s strong design led background and foundation of grounded site experience have honed his skills in Architecture and design strategy, project management, client face communication and man management helping him to guide, lead and propel projects forward keeping the team delivering to programme and on budget, whilst importantly maintaining the quality expected of a luxury product.
A qualified Architect with strong artistic and design strategy skills, Ailsa’s strengths translate into holistic design concepts and distinctive proposals. Originally from Dublin and a member of RIBA and RIAI, Ailsa has worked on a varied range of projects,
Ailsa approaches the challenges and opportunities offered by each design project strategically, with passion and creativity. This is reflected in her completed works, which include commercial, hospitality and healthcare projects, and a diverse range of residential work in London.
Since joining 1508 London, Ailsa has worked on a variety of private individual residences, private developer schemes and large scale residential projects including a renovation project in Battersea and a new build residence in Kensington.
An excellent communicator; skilful at both leading projects and liaising with clients, she offers the complete range of skill sets needed to execute a project to the highest level.
For more than 10 years Irina has worked with both private clients and developers on an extensive range of projects, from commercial to high end residential, and art installations. Originally from Bulgaria, Irina studied interior design in Sofia, Florence and Paris. Her company in Sofia was awarded winner of Designer of the year twice and has multiple nominations for achievement in design.
Since joining 1508 London in 2016, Irina has worked on the prestigious development Chelsea Barracks in central London, private residences in Moscow and London and various conceptual projects. Fully committed, Irina is a creative individual who is passionate about art and design. She places a large importance on the history behind the projects that creates an emotional impact.
William is a RIBA Chartered Architect with over 9 years of experience working on luxury residential developments. During this time, he has delivered a wide range of projects, demonstrating a passion for developments with complex logistical and heritage issues typical of London. Projects he has delivered include Grade I Listed Park Crescent West, 3-10 Grosvenor Crescent and 20 Grosvenor Square.
His latest experience is leading the delivery of a façade retention project at 39-40 Lowndes Square which consists of 5 super prime apartments in Knightsbridge.
William offers the complete range of experience across all work stages and has developed a strong track record of executing projects to the highest level with a strong emphasis on sustainable design.
Originally from Zurich in Switzerland, with a BA (Hons) in Architecture and a first class honours degree from Chelsea College of Art in Interior Design, Sarah has over 10 years experience working on an extensive range of different projects. From commercial to high end residential projects, Sarah has worked on projects such as a house and studio for world renowned Artist Tracy Emin, an Art Gallery to hold a large collection of works by Damian Hirst and a spa in Paris.
Since joining 1508 London in 2010, Sarah has worked with both private clients & developers on many high end key projects. Such projects include a 25,000sqft home for an art collector, a contemporary loft apartment in central London, and our largest residential project to date in Dubai; a luxury villa of circa 30,000sqft.
Fully committed and meticulous, Sarah is a highly creative individual who is passionate about art and design and who has, since joining 1508, been responsible for some of the most original designs to date.
Alessandra studied architecture in Italy, where she is a licensed architect. After gaining precious experience in small boutique architecture offices, she started to work on international projects from concept to completion, always aiming at creating meaningful and captivating spaces.
Alessandra has worked on an array of high-end projects with a particular interest in hospitality. Her experience has seen her work on amongst other hotels: Rosewood and Grand InterContinental Hotel in Seoul, a new build 5 star hotel and residences in the Middle-East, along with development projects like the Old War Office Amenities in London.
A driven and enthusiastic architect and designer, she is motivated by environmental needs and is very passionate about art and creativity. With her multidisciplinary background, Alessandra brings a refined contemporary touch and a practical understanding to every project.
Having qualified as an architect in Turkey, Tuba worked on a number of high end residential and commercial projects before relocating to the UK. She undertook a masters at Interior Design at Westminster University and started her interior design career in London with Tara Bernerd and Partners.
During her 6 years at TB&P Tuba had the opportunity to work on several unique hospitality projects in UK, US and Hong Kong, including the Thomson Chicago, the Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale at Miami, the Kimpton Fitzroy in London, The Hari Hong Kong and the Sixty Soho in New York.
Since joining 1508 London in 2017 Tuba has worked on a number of projects with her principle focus being the complete refurbishment of a 130,000 sqft. 5-star luxury hotel in Knightsbridge.
With a strong technical focus to her work Tuba is highly creative and a committed member of 1508 London.
Marina has over 5 years’ experience on high profile projects. Prior starting at 1508, Marina was an instrumental member of the team delivering the design of The Bryanston a 200,000 sqft mixed-use commercial and super prime residential scheme overlooking Hyde Park in Central London, alongside Raphael Vinoly Architects. She also led and delivered the residential marketing suite for this entire project on time and budget.
Her care for the finest detail were crucial on the delivery of a construction package for a prominent Grade I Listed regency building near Regent’s Park and led the successful renovation of a Grade II listed residence in Convent Garden.
Marina gained her Part 3 qualification from Bartlett School, with prior studies at the Architectural Association School where she attained a Masters in Sustainable Environmental Design.
With a background in Fine Art and Art Direction, Alice made the transition to Interior Design in 2008. She brings a well-honed creative sensibility and eye for detail to all her work.
Whilst working at Areen Design Alice delivered FF&E schemes for numerous royal residences across Europe, the Middle-East and Morocco, with involvement from design concept development through to styling and handover.
Alice is well-versed in the world of high-end FF&E and particularly relishes collaborating with skilled artisans to create unique, bespoke pieces. As such, Alice is well placed to answer the demands of the most meticulous of clients, creating stunning interiors, always underpinned by the practicalities required of each space.
Her experience also extends to the Hospitality, Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors giving her an exceptional understanding of each project’s unique set of demands and parameters.
A new member of the 1508 team, Alice is relishing the opportunity to collaborate with a smaller team on projects closer to home, affording her the prospect to take a more hands-on, holistic approach.
After graduating from the University of the Arts London, Asari has several years of experience across a wide sector of the design industry, ranging from hospitality and super-yacht interiors, to high end residential projects. Asari also has a previous background in project management having graduated with LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Nottingham in 2006 and working in finance as a Project Manager for Citibank and Visa, before retraining in Interior Design.
From this diverse background Asari has found her true passion in Interior Design, first working at Shaun Clarkson ID where she developed her skills with commercial clients such as Harvey Nichols and Del Aziz. From here she then worked for March and White, showing a strong attention to detail and the highest level of quality whilst designing the interiors for one of the world’s largest private super-yachts.
Since joining 1508 London in 2017, Asari has focussed her creative skills on FF&E Design, forming key relationships with first class suppliers and craftsmen, supporting her ability to create both unique and bespoke designs. She has worked on various key projects including the significant development of a country estate, a Grade II listed private residential project in Chelsea, and most recently the refurbishment of the Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel in Knightsbridge.
In 2013 Catt graduated with a First Class Honours in BA (Hons) Interior Architecture + Design, gaining experience in high-end interiors during her third year placement in London and Milan.
Recruited by Foster + Partners at a graduate degree show, Catt began her career working on a high-end projects across hospitality, residential and commercial sectors which quickly led to promotion as Senior Designer Interior. Her experience includes leading teams on a diverse range of prominent international projects including The Murray Hotel a 300,000 sq ft luxury hotel in Hong Kong, Qatar Airways’ Premium First Class Check-in, winning a Four Seasons Hotel pitch in Saudi Arabia and the VIP hospitality areas of a FIFA world Cup Stadium.
Since Joining 1508 London at the beginning of 2017 Catt has worked with both private clients and developers on an array of high-end projects. Working on a winning pitch for a 110,00 sq ft luxury hotel in London, two new build private residences in Bahrain and a Grade 1 listed residential development in the heart of London. Most recently Catt has delivered Stages 1-5 of 5000 sq ft luxury residential project in the borough of Chelsea and Kensington.
Damien Miles has over 7yrs experience in interior design with a strong technical knowledge delivering high end residential projects.
Damien has worked on multiple award winning projects internationally across all facets from concept design, detailed design, project management, design team co-ordination to client facing and construction monitoring. Since joining 1508 London he has been instrumental in delivering a large luxury residential scheme in St. Petersburg of 165 apartments currently on site, through to a large private luxury villa in Dubai.
Damien is a dedicated employee, who is committed to producing high quality designs tailored to each individual client’s needs and is a proven asset to 1508 London in delivering projects.
Niall has over 10 years’ experience in design working in London and internationally. With a focus in residential, Niall has worked throughout prime central London and hospitality projects including The Devonshire Club.
With proven experience at London’s renowned Architecture & Interior design firms including Marsh & White, Taylor Howes and at 1508 London since 2017, Niall has been instrumental in successfully delivering projects worldwide in the most exclusive enclaves.
Niall is driven to deliver projects to the highest possible standards and has developed an exceptional eye for detail, along with a wealth of technical knowledge ensuring he’s ideally placed to lead projects from concept to completion.
Laura completed her Masters Degree in Architecture in Italy and is a chartered Architect ARB.
With a passion for the arts and creative Design from a young age, Laura’s award-winning artwork has been selected at the Exhibitions for New Artists at the National Gallery of Modern And Contemporary Art and the Auditorium in Rome.
Working extensively with private clients in London in the Middle-East, Laura has led the design of properties the world’s most exclusive enclaves including those owned by renowned Royal families.
Her multidisciplined background results with the utmost detail sharing historical, innovative, emotive and technical aspects in all her designs.
Having graduated from the award-winning Bartlett School of Architecture, Caitlyn is an Architectural Designer whose technical expertise has seen her design and obtain unprecedented planning consent at London’s most significant new build projects including Grade I listed Regent’s Crescent and the Earl’s Court Masterplan.
Since her first architectural degree at University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, she has developed a passion in creating timeless design solutions particularly in period buildings and is committed to developing intelligent and elegant luxury elements through detailed design and client engagement.
In her nine years in practice, including seven years at renowned practice PDP London, Caitlyn has built a strong record in the delivery of extremely complex, historically significant developments across all work stages, with each project’s long-term vision at the centre of her creative ambition.
Siri Lindblad has 7 years experience in residential and hospitality design with a primary focus on FF&E design. A KLC graduate, she worked on a private members club in Mayfair and a 6000 sq m private residence in Lagos, while at Carlisle Design Studio.
Thereafter, Siri joined the team at Tara Bernerd & Partners, working primarily on international projects; The Hari Hotel in Hong Kong, a duplex apartment in a landmark residential tower in Jardine’s lookout in Hong Kong with Couture Homes, Belmond Maroma hotel in Tulum, the Equinox hotel in Downtown LA with the Related Companies group and a private Chalet in Gstaad, Switzerland.
With a strong knowledge in the world of FF&E design, Siri is organized and meticulous in her approach. Siri’s passion is creating beautifully spaces by working closely with the interior architecture and marrying this with hard finishes, fabrics and layering interesting textures.
A new member of the 1508 team, Siri has worked on the Park Hyatt restaurants in Nine Elms and the FF&E design of a super prime developments of 5 apartments in Belgravia.
After graduating with a BA (Hons) in English Literature in 2013, Lulu made the decision to pursue a career in Interior Design; an industry she had always felt passionately about.
She began her career at Fiona Barratt Interiors, where she worked predominantly within the high-end residential sector for 2 years. Her projects included a prestigious Grade I listed property in Hyde Park Corner, a collection of penthouse apartments in Chelsea, and a luxury commercial office space in Victoria.
Lulu has since developed her skills set within the hospitality sector, working on several boutique hotels and the refurbishment of the luxury Buxted Park Hotel. Her experience also extends to private superyachts, and internationally acclaimed cruise liners Norwegian Cruise Line and Princess Cruises. Whilst at SMC Design, her travels took her to various destinations in Europe and also internationally to China, Singapore and the US.
Driven by a positive can-do attitude, Lulu prides herself in her ability to problem solve under pressure, meet timescales and deliver within budget. She also has a keen eye for detail and an appreciation of quality and aesthetic within interiors. Lulu is particularly passionate about high-end residential interiors and always welcomes the opportunity to divulge in this further where possible at 1508 London.
Having qualified as an Architect, Sarah began her career at Candy & Candy before Carlisle Design Studio with projects including a private members club in St James’s and a significant villa in Phuket, Thailand. Thereafter, at Michaelis Boyd Associates as a Part 2 Project Architect, she was responsible for the design and delivery of the newly refurbished Groucho Club in Soho along with a boutique hotel in Amsterdam.
Sarah’s has deep personal interest in clean and contemporary design drawing reference from modernism and the early 20th century. She prides herself on her ability to design informed by a narrative inspired by a project’s architecture & interior in tandem, placing equal importance on both.
Stephanie’s diverse experience has enabled her to fine-tune design skills and proficiency in technical detailing, touching on all RIBA work stages. Having qualified as an Architect in 2014 from The University of Westminster; Stephanie has spent the last 7 years working for prestigious Architectural studios such as Buckley Gray Yeoman and Simpson Haugh. Projects she has worked on range from affordable multi-unit developments to smaller scale high-end residential schemes.
Her most recent Project before joining 1508 was Project Lead for the CAT A fit out for a large-scale office building for the Client, Westfield. Her extensive experience provides Stephanie with a unique and invaluable skill set. Her pragmatic and ‘can do approach’ to projects means she has the strong capability to build great long lasting working relations. Stephanie’s aptitude for detailed façade design, mixed with a keen eye for interior design makes her a highly competent Architect who can deliver projects to a consistently high standard.
Having studied architecture at Cardiff University, Lida has worked as an Architectural Assistant in London for 3 years for both interior and architectural firms.
Key projects include a range of high-end residential apartments in central London, as well as sensitive, heritage-driven projects in challenging conservation contexts. Before joining 1508 London, Lida worked for Stanesby Architecture focusing on preparing planning applications and design proposals for residential and commercial projects, such a Grade II* listed Tudor House in Kent and a five-storey boutique hotel in Chelsea.
With experience in architectural detailing, interior design, statutory procedures and Design Team coordination throughout all RIBA stages, Lida joined 1508 London to work on Jumeirah Carlton Tower, a large high-end hospitality project in Belgravia that is currently on site.
Lida is interested in the challenge of paradoxes, such as aesthetics vs functionality and values analysis and history as high as quality and simplicity.
David studied RIBA Part I at the CASS and completed his Part II at Oxford Brookes University in 2017 with Honours.
He has had previous experience working on Urban schemes, public realm, high-end residential and commercial projects, amongst others with 5 years’ experience having worked for practices in Ghana and the UK.
Largely interested in the physical fabric of a site be it; form, use or spatial characteristics, and its relationship with the user/users, technology and sustainability; David enjoys working, judiciously, through the architectural process and is constantly thinking about architecture through sketches, modelling and photography.
Since Joining 1508 London, David has assisted within design teams on Residential and Hotel projects, as well as, a Private Members Club in London and Internationally. He is a conscientious designer with an eye for detail and resolving design issues. He is also working towards gaining his Part III qualification.
Sophie completed her studies at The University of Portsmouth graduating with a BA (Hons) Interior Architecture & Design, gaining experience in high-end interiors from the start during her third year placement in London at Broadway Malyan. Sophie has international experience living in the Middle East for three years, working with a number of high-end brands such as LVMH, Cartier and Bentley.
Since Joining 1508 London three years ago, Sophie has worked with both private clients and developers on projects based in London and abroad, working on an array of high-end residential and hospitality projects. Chelsea Barracks town houses, nine exquisite penthouses in Trinity Square, St. Petersburg. Most significantly the successful renovation and re design of the Grade II listed Old War Offices, to become several apartments as well as the amenities. Working recently to complete the Grade II listed properties at 6 &7 Grosvenor Place to become a private members club.
With a multi-disciplinary background in architecture, design and fashion. A driven and enthusiastic designer. Sophie strongly believes in meaningful, honest design, taking time to understand a client’s brief, designing with creativity and originality.
Having completed a BA (Hons) in Business Management at Queen Mary’s, University of London and a Graduate Diploma in Law at Bristol University, Alexandra took a career change in 2016, graduating in Interior Design at KLC School of Design. Alexandra has since then gained experience working on both high-end residential and hospitality projects for both private clients and developers.
Whilst working at Mokka Design Alexandra designed the FF&E for a prime, luxury residential project with a private client on Eaton Square, and gained luxury international project experience designing the FF&E for a private client’s Latvian Country Estate.
Since joining 1508 London Alexandra has worked on projects based in London and abroad, including contemporary FF&E design for a high-end residential project in Hong Kong and highly bespoke, experiential FF&E design for a Grade II listed property at no. 6 &7 Grosvenor Place which will become a new and exclusive Private Members Club.
With a background in business and account management and strong relationship building skills Alexandra is driven, organised and has the ability to listen to and translate client requirements into aesthetically pleasing and functional interiors, with a particular interest in working on luxury, residential projects.
Alexa completed her studies at The Inchbald School of Design graduating with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Architectural Interior Design, gaining experience whilst working in placements with Architecture and Property Development practices during her studies.
Alexa has since been working 5 years with high-end Interior Design practices in London, gaining experience both in the hospitality and residential sector.
Since joining 1508 London Alexa has been working on hospitality projects based in London 5. Most significantly the successful renovation and re-design of the 183-key hotel, including public amenities such as Meeting Rooms, Gym and Restaurant. Alexa has also worked to complete Phase 4 redevelopment of Grade II listed properties at Grosvenor Place to become a private members club.
With a multi-disciplinary background in Science, Art and Design. Alexa has picked up a diversity of skills and knowledge, that can be applied to the entire design process that can deliver creative and practical solutions.
Sarah, originally from Cape Town South Africa joined the team at 1508 London in February 2018. After completing her two degrees, undergraduate BA Psychology and English and postgraduate degree in Business and Marketing, Sarah left South Africa to work abroad. She spent five years working between America and Europe managing a 230ft Super Yacht. It was through this that she found a love for interiors and wanted to find a base where she could grow her career in this field.
Since her time at 1508 London, Sarah has worked on projects across sectors including high-end residential, contract and hospitality. As a result, she has experience working on many different styles of projects and is well acquainted with the intricacies that determine the procurement of FF&E within a variety of industry categories. Sarah is organised and has an exceptional eye for detail which ensures that throughout the procurement process each project runs seamlessly on time and in budget.
Upon completion of a school career specializing in Business and Language, along with seven years’ experience in the Health Sector, Charlotte found her way from Copenhagen to London, driven by a undeniable passion for interior design. Charlotte’s first step into the industry saw her assisting the growth of small design practices within the ever-competitive London market. Striving to be further involved in larger scale high-end projects within a more established studio, Charlotte made the move to 1508 Procurement Ltd. Since joining the company Charlotte has built upon experience in the high-end residential, commercial and hospitality sectors having successfully managed 13 projects.
Being involved in a project from the very beginning consulting designers and end clients in early budgeting through to final dressing and handover of a project, is Charlotte’s greatest satisfaction. She takes pride in walking clients through every step of the project and it is this continuous involvement equipped with a keen eye for detail, that clients are left satisfied.
As a result of working in an environment where lives change, Charlotte’s organized character, interpersonal skills and complete situational awareness are at the forefront of every relationship with clients, suppliers and contractors alike.
After joining 1508 London, Dorota has been provided with an opportunity to work on a number of large-scale high-end residential and commercial schemes such as the Park Hyatt Residences in the fast-growing area of Nine Elms and various conceptual projects.
Prior to joining the 1508 team, Dorota worked as an architectural designer for over 4 years on projects ranging from affordable residential to sensitive, grade II listed high-end residential schemes in and around London.
She has also worked as a project manager for a busy and successful building contractor helping to deliver high end residential projects within budget and strict time constrains.
She particularly enjoys the project management and collaboration with other professionals to see the projects through to delivery.
Dorota graduated from her MArch Architecture in 2016 with the Best Final Design Scheme Award and Technology Award. She is currently pursuing the RIBA part 3 qualification.
After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Fashion Textile Design & Business Studies, Sarah began her design career working as a Knitwear Designer in the fashion industry for 9 years. With experience working for creative & prestigious design houses – Julien McDonald, John Rocha & Mulberry where she developed her love for colour, detail & design direction.
With a solid fashion design background Sarah made a seamless transition to Interior Design in 2008, studying at KLC in Chelsea. Beginning her Career at David Collins Studio and Harding & Reed, Sarah went onto to join the Harrods in house Interior Design Studio building her career over 7 years to become an Associate. Here she predominantly worked within the high-end residential sector, working on luxury private homes in Paris, London & the Middle East. Sarah also has experience working in high-end development & hospitality and is growing this experience having joined 1508 London in 2018.
With over 11 years interior design experience Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge specialising in FF&E design & concept direction.
Having worked within the product and furniture design industry, Luke’s experience designing and producing highly bespoke cabinetry and accessories expands over seven years. Moving into interior architecture, Luke’s extensive technical understanding and sensitivity to details and elevated levels of quality sets him apart from his peers. Luke has completed an array of projects both privately and within renowned architectural and interior design studios in the UK with projects ranging from international luxury cosmetic brands store design to private executive members clubs in England.
Luke joins 1508 bringing his proven track record in the design industry and vast technical experience. Eager to continue growing his knowledge, his current projects range from new built Four Seasons Suites in China to Michelin Star restaurants in Bangkok Thailand.
Alessandra graduated from Central Saint Martins in Architecture, she has 4 years of experience in hospitality and high-end residential design with a primary focus on FF&E.
Driven and with a strong attention to detail, Alessandra is a creative and determined designer with a functional appreciation for all elements of design and a sensitivity towards textiles and craftsmanship.
Alessandra joined Timothy Mather Design where she worked primarily on the refurbishment of the Kensington and the Marylebone Hotels in London.
Thereafter, Alessandra joined the team at March and White working at the highest level of quality whilst designing the interiors of two large private residences and a members’ club in London as well as a family home in Riyadh.
Since joining 1508 London, Alessandra has worked on a private development in Mumbai and on the Park Hyatt residences, bar and restaurant in London.
Upon completing her Part I studies in Central Saint Martins, Silviya spent 3 years working as a Senior Project Manager at a London based boutique AV company working on High-End residential projects for private clients in primary Central London locations and Nigeria. The project management role and collaboration with other professionals helped her expand her knowledge on delivering all aspects of High-end residential projects.
Following this experience, she returned to university to complete her Part II studies whilst working as an Architectural Assistant at Ardalane Interiors. During her time at Ardalane Interiors, Silviya’s skills expanded across the commercial sector, designing for big clients such as Capita.
Silviya is a creative and determined designer with strong attention to detail and passion for creating timeless designs tailored to the project’s history and client’s brief.
Silviya joined 1508 London in 2019 and has worked on projects including Chelsea Creek development in Imperial Wharf, Belgravia Gate Townhouses and Golden Island residential development in Moscow.
Originally from Paris, France, Julien graduated from ENSAA Duperré, where he studied spatial design and applied arts, while self-teaching 3d design.
Julien has over 10 years experience working on a vast range of different projects: Creating interactive models for decision makers in UAE and France, from commercial to high end residential projects visualisations, training teams and managing key projects.
Fully committed and meticulous, Julien is a highly creative individual who is passionate about new technologies and design and who has, since joining 1508, been working for some of the most ambitious projects to date.
Originally from Spain, Jesus studied Architecture in Seville and now is a chartered Architect ARB, with over 3 years of experience working in the industry.
Throughout his years as a student, he developed a special interest and passion for Interior Design & Art. His commitment and efforts in this area led him to move to London to join some of the most renowned Architecture & Interior design firms in the UK : “Kelly Hoppen Interiors”, where he delivered with great results one of the most important high-end residential projects in Ukraine; “John Cooper Architecture”, where he designed within a team the internal spaces for a Hospital in Palestine, and “1508 London”, where he has completed successfully the interiors for the luxury residential project ONE Park Hyatt at his first months in 1508 London.
His experience working in interiors extends to the Residential, Healthcare and Commercial sectors, giving him a broad knowledge to satisfy each space demands, always from a practical and creative approach.
Jesus has developed an extraordinary eye for detail as well as truly strong technical skills, which allows him to design even the smallest joinery detail.
