The OWO Residences by Raffles

Whitehall, London

Taking lead from the historical concept of the hall as a place of celebration and ceremony, this is an opportunity to refine and apply the importance to interstitial spaces. The rich materials used within the original rooms of the Old War Office has informed our palette for the residences. The use of classical, rich materials has been carefully considered to create holistic approach within the building. The materiality within each space will be carefully controlled to further define the hierarchy and importance of these. The use of craftsmanship and detailing throughout the building is carried through into the residences within carefully chosen moments. This level of detailing reflects the heritage of the building and tells the story making each apartments unique.
